Michelle Edwards, CAHRI, currently serves as a Senior People & Culture Partner at AMP since January 2022, contributing extensive experience in human resources transformation and strategic guidance. Previous roles include HR Partner - Transformation at Westpac, where significant focus was placed on organisational design and leadership capability, and People & Culture Leader at Lion. Michelle has also held various impactful positions at Westpac, including HR Transformation Project Lead and Senior HR Partner for Consumer Bank Transformation. Earlier in her career, Michelle held leadership roles at BIG W, driving HR strategy and talent development across retail operations, and was actively involved with the Association of Woolworths Employees as a Management Committee Member. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Australian Catholic University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
