Renay Ringma

Renay Ringma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and communication across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at AMP since March 2014, Renay has held multiple leadership roles including Program Lead for Enterprise Operating Model & Cost Transformation and Director of various programs focused on rebuilding trust and growth transformation. Prior to AMP, Renay contributed significantly as a Senior Change & Communication Manager at GrainCorp and Westpac, where leadership in transformation initiatives was paramount. Early career experience includes key marketing and communication roles at CCIA, Sydney Water, and TAFE NSW, as well as academic contributions as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney. Renay holds multiple advanced degrees in Communication Management, Art Administration, and Art History, with ongoing studies in Creative Writing at the University of Sydney.
