Ronnie Marks

Ronnie Marks has over two decades of experience in business systems analysis, currently serving as a Salesforce Lead Business System Analyst at AMP since January 2002. In this role, Ronnie is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and designing, recommending, testing, and implementing Siebel 8 solutions. Prior to AMP, Ronnie worked at CSR as a Desktop Support specialist, focusing on the implementation and support of a Windows 2000 roll-out. Ronnie holds a degree in Science with a major in Business Information Technology from the University of New South Wales, completed between 1998 and 2001.
