Tereska Zai

Tereska Zai is a workplace leader specializing in psychosocial health and safety solutions. They began their career at WorkCover NSW as a Solicitor and subsequently enhanced their expertise through various roles in the NSW Public Service and Aon, where they focused on managing workplace health and safety. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Health Safety & Wellbeing at AMP, Tereska leads the strategic and operational delivery of the organization's WHS agenda, fostering a culture of care and accountability. Tereska is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and a qualified Childcare Educator. They hold a BA/LLB from Macquarie University.
