Carter Schultz is a seasoned robotics professional with extensive experience in navigating complex hardware, software, and electrical engineering projects. Currently serving as a Robotics Architect at AMP Robotics since May 2018, Carter has also held roles as Robotics Software Manager and Lead Robotics Engineer, effectively scaling teams and shaping technical direction. Prior experience includes positions as Robotics Engineer at Neya Systems, LLC, where Carter developed novel multi-agent planning approaches, and as Launch Automation Engineer at SpaceX, focused on machine vision software for industrial automation.
