Denise Smith

Denise Smith, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with over 30 years of experience in the field. Currently working at Ampacet Corporation since May 1989, Denise has developed a robust skill set in human resources management. Prior to this role, Denise served as a Placement Counselor at the Indiana Employment Security Division from 1981 to 1989, where responsibilities included aiding clients with employment preparedness and assisting employers with recruitment needs. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development/Counseling from Indiana State University, obtained between 1974 and 1978.
