Doreen Becker

Doreen Becker is a seasoned professional in sustainability and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Sustainability at Ampacet Corporation since January 2017. In this role, Doreen leads global sustainability initiatives and acts as the company's "Sustainability Ambassador," focusing on the packaging industry and engaging in major recycling and circular economy organizations. Previously, Doreen held positions such as Global Insight & Innovation Senior Manager at Ampacet, Global Color Strategist, and Strategic Account Manager at A. Schulman, Inc., and Market Development Manager at BASF, with extensive experience in color strategy and market development across various sectors. Doreen began a career in color design at Engelhard Pigments and Additives, demonstrating a strong background in creative design with an MFA from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Biology from The King's College.
