Ashwin Kajale

Ashwin Kajale began their work experience as a CDP Butcher (Chef - Butcher) at P&O Cruises in 2006 and continued in this role until 2009. Ashwin then worked as a Chef - Butcher at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Associate Director - Talent Acquisition & CRM at Ampcus Inc, where they currently work.

Ashwin Kajale pursued a Diploma in HMCT specializing in Food Production & Butchery from MGV's Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology from 2003 to 2006. Prior to this, they completed their HSC from MSBSHSE in 2003 and their S.S.C. from Swami Vivekanand Vidyalaya, Nashik in 1998. Additionally, they undertook a STCW Course in Marine Studies & Certification in 2010-2011, focusing on First Aid, Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Fighting, among others. In 2011-2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Studies from YCMOU. Ashwin also holds certifications in "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in 2023 and "Certified Associate in Scrum Fundamentals™ (CASF™)" from SkillFront in 2021.
