Hugo Bläser

Hugo Bläser has extensive experience in operations management within the offshore access sector, currently serving as Operations Area Manager for Europe, Africa, and the Americas at Ampelmann Operations since January 2015. In this role, Hugo oversees all operations and maintenance activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Previous positions at Ampelmann include various team lead roles focusing on asset and maintenance engineering, as well as operational and technical support. Prior experience includes project management at KPN, an ICT management trainee position at EVG Start, and internships in marketing and corporate strategy. Hugo holds a Master of Science in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Academic achievements also include language certification in Spanish from the Universidad de Granada.
