Marieke Haring

Marieke Haring is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Development Team (Innovations) at Ampelmann Operations since February 2015, leading a team of approximately 20 engineers with a strong focus on talent management and personal development. Prior roles at Ampelmann include HR Business Partner and HR Project Manager, where responsibilities included talent and performance management, culture advising for management, and overseeing offshore employee performance and development. Previously, Marieke worked at The HEINEKEN Company from 2012 to 2015, holding positions such as Project Coordinator Sales and HR Officer, contributing to efficiency improvements and recruitment processes. Marieke holds a Master of Science and Bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Marieke engaged in competitive gymnastics for nearly a decade.
