Frederick LANOE

Frederick Lanoe is currently the Chef de Service Performance et Métiers Prototype PWT at Ampere since 2023. Prior to this role, Frederick held various positions at Renault Group from 2021 to 2023, including ICE/GB/Innovation Corporate Process Engineering and Team Manager in the Engineering Department. Frederick co-founded Allinox, a company in the stainless steel furniture market, and has a diverse background in engineering and management, supported by a Master’s degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and a Master in Business Excellence from CEDEP. Frederick's early career included technical roles at Gemalto and Semrac, demonstrating a strong foundation in microtechniques and process management.
