Jon Perry

Jon Perry is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in logic design and semiconductor technology. Currently serving as a Senior Distinguished Logic Engineer at Ampere since March 2018, Jon has held multiple roles including Distinguished Logic Engineer and Senior Principal Engineer. Prior to this, Jon spent over 12 years at Intel Corporation from July 2005 to March 2018 as a Design Engineer, contributing to several generations of CPU designs with a focus on execution and memory functionalities. Jon's career began at Atmel Corporation as a Design Engineer intern, where responsibilities included logical synthesis and timing analysis for ASICs. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1999 and 2005.
