Patrick Duffy

Patrick Duffy serves as the Senior Director of Employment and Labor Law at Ampere, starting in March 2023, where responsibilities include advising on HR policies, immigration, and labor/employment laws, while managing risk and leading teams. Prior to joining Ampere, Patrick Duffy spent over 26 years at Intel Corporation in various roles, including Associate General Counsel for Employment and Labor Legal, where leadership encompassed developing global labor relations strategies and compliance programs. Previous positions at Intel involved managing strategic employee relations and employment litigation, with a strong emphasis on collaborative solutions and effective risk management. Patrick Duffy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
