Robert Johnson

Robert Johnson has a wealth of experience in firmware development and leadership roles. Robert is currently working as the Vice President of Firmware at Ampere. Prior to this, they held various positions at Intel Corporation, including Vice President of SATG Foundational Software Technologies, IP Firmware Engineering and Senior Director of Silicon Enabling Firmware - BIOS. In these roles, they led global teams responsible for firmware development for Intel's Client and Datacenter products. Robert also served as the Director of Datacenter UEFI Firmware and a Software Engineering Manager at Intel. Before joining Intel, Robert worked as a Senior BIOS Engineering Manager at AMI. Overall, Robert has extensive experience in firmware development, team leadership, and driving innovation in the technology industry.

Robert Johnson graduated from Clemson University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
