Tri Phung

Tri Phung is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Physical Design Manager at Ampere since March 2020, leading a PCIe layout team for advanced technology blocks. Previously held positions include Staff Engineer and Assistant Manager at Renesas Design Vietnam Co., Ltd., where significant contributions were made in automotive SoC design, focusing on CPU and GPU, and project leadership for a major 28nm block design. Tri Phung also gained international experience as a Senior Physical Design Engineer at Renesas Electronics in Japan, specializing in GPU design for automotive applications. Tri Phung began a career at Renesas Design Vietnam in 2011 as a Physical Design Engineer, responsible for ARM CPU layouts. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
