Benjamin Jach is an experienced professional with expertise in industrial engineering and data analysis. Benjamin has held various roles in different industries, starting as a Summer Camp Counselor for the Dale Turner YMCA in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Consultant for Seattle Children's, where they collected data and designed a project to determine capacity in the microbiology laboratory.

In 2013, Benjamin joined AT&T as a Senior Technical Specialist, where they worked on standardizing DAS builds in an effort to reduce cost and improve the quality of ATT in building wireless solutions. Benjamin also created an Excel tool that was used by hundreds of engineers to do power calculations and find the most cost-effective solutions. Later, they worked as an RF Engineer for AT&T and maintained a SQL Server database for the West Region of AT&T mobility. Benjamin also created advanced reports in SQL and R to highlight capacity and throughput problems in the network and created visualization tools in R and Shiny.

In 2018, Benjamin joined T-Mobile as an Engineer, Systems Architect, where they served as the RF design lead for T-Mobile Fixed Wireless. Benjamin completed all cell tower design work for the pilot T-Mobile home internet network and created a workflow in Altered that automated a majority of the design process and allowed design versions to be iterated on in hours rather than days. Later, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist at T-Mobile, where they were responsible for technical lead for churn analysis and helped lead the creation of models to forecast churn by density class. Benjamin also presented their findings to senior leadership to optimize the eligibility process to minimize churn while maximizing conversion rates.

Benjamin is currently working as a Senior Analyst at Amperity, where they started in 2022.

Benjamin Jach has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering, which they received from the University of Washington in 2013. Benjamin went back to the same university and completed their Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2014-2018. In 2016-2017, they pursued Data Science Nano-Degree at Udacity. Just recently in 2021, they obtained a Certificate of Machine Learning in Data Science from the University of Washington.
