Daniel Kwok

Daniel Kwok has extensive work experience in human resources with various companies. Most recently, they worked as a People Operations Analyst with Amperity. Prior to this, they served as an HRIS Analyst at Seattle University, where they completed cross-functional compensation projects and launched a new compensation module. At ModusBox, they worked as an HR Generalist, managing the open enrollment process and negotiating a 1% increase in wellness participation. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Redfin and the University of Washington School of Medicine, where they assisted with Workday implementation and developed advanced Excel sheets to automate tracking processes. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Intern at Guidant Financial and as a Human Resources Clerk and Concierge at the University Book Store. Daniel started their career as a Summer Intern at Hydrobee SPC Inc., an alternative energy startup, where they conducted market research.

Daniel Kwok attended the University of Washington from 2011 to 2016, obtaining a degree in Political Science with a focus on Political Science and Government. Daniel also obtained a Best-Self Management certification from 15Five in March 2020.
