Jeffrey Marx

Jeffrey Marx has over 15 years of experience in IT, working for various companies in roles such as IT Support Specialist, IT System Administrator, Information Security Engineer, Cyber Platform Security Engineer, and Data Protection Senior Engineer. Most recently, they worked as a Sr. Information Security Analyst at Amperity. While working at BECU, they played a key role in maintaining a secure enterprise infrastructure by designing and implementing risk appropriate solutions in response to business requirements. Before that, they worked as an IT System Administrator at Rosauers Supermarkets and URM Stores Inc, providing maintenance and troubleshooting services for servers, desktop equipment and networks. Marx demonstrated skills in diagnosis and analysis of hardware and software problems, configuring virtual instances, and documentations of technical issues throughout their experience.

Jeffrey Marx started their education in 2000 at Montana Technological University where they obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology in 2002. Jeffrey has since acquired several certifications including Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in 2022, F5 Developing iRules for BIG-IP v15 from F5 in 2021, and (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) from (ISC)2 in 2020, among others.
