Kate Dahl

Kate Dahl has worked in various roles related to data, technology, and analytics in the political and consulting industries since 2012. Kate'smost recent position is Senior Analyst II at Amperity, which they started in 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Bainbridge Data & Analytics, a data infrastructure and reporting consulting company, from 2019 to 2021. From 2020 to 2021, Kate served as the National Data & Technology Director at Organizing Together 2020, where they built and managed data and analytics systems for a $25M short-term political campaign. In 2019, they were the Technology Community Data Manager at the Democratic National Committee and led a team of analysts that supported and coordinated with all DNC Tech users, including presidential campaigns, state parties, and committees. Before that, they were the National Data & Analytics Director at For Our Future from 2016 to 2019, where they led a team on voter contact across 9 states. Kate was also a Lead IE Strategist, Strategic Engagement Manager at BlueLabs: Analytics, Data, Technology from 2015 to 2017, where they managed all independent expenditure client engagements. Kate started their career as a Deputy Data Director at Obama for America from 2012 to 2012, where they provided consultation and support to headquarters staff to help departments make informed decisions.

Kate Dahl attended Bryn Mawr College from 2007 to 2011 and received a B.A. in Political Science. In 2009, they spent a year studying Politics at The University of Edinburgh.
