Randy DeBord

Randy DeBord has a diverse background in sales and business development, serving as a Sales Representative at Appalachia Business Communications, DePuy Orthopaedics, and Thomson West from 1989 to 2003. They later became the Regional Sales Manager at FindLaw in 2003, and subsequently held the position of President at McFarland Apothecary, Inc. from 2003 to 2023. Currently, Randy serves as the Director of Business Development at AmPharm, focusing on long-term care and retail pharmacy services. They also contributed to community service as a member of the Hamblen County Commission from 2014 to 2022 and as a board member of the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2013. Randy earned a BBA in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University.
