Matt Risic

Matt Risic is a Quality and Compliance Manager at Amphenol CIT, responsible for strategic planning and the execution of quality and business management systems since 2017. With a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, they have successfully reduced factory external parts per million (ppm) quality performance while supporting significant growth in sales and new product lines. Previously, Risic held roles such as Plant Manager and Quality Manager, where they developed high-performing teams and drove operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration. They possess a BSEE and BSCS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an MBA, and have completed multiple leadership programs.
