Stephen Shephard

Stephen Shephard has extensive experience in the engineering field, spanning from 1996 to the present. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Amphenol LTD since September 1998, Stephen has also held roles such as Acting Technical Director, Applications Engineering Manager, New Product Platform Manager, Applications Engineer, Senior Product Engineer, and Product Engineer within the company. Prior to Amphenol, Stephen worked as a Design Engineer at Conflow Ltd from July 1996 to September 1997. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, attained between 1994 and 1998, and completed secondary education at Bramcote Hills Comprehensive School from 1987 to 1994.
