Doug Schneider

Doug Schneider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and development. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at AmPhil since August 2009, Doug Schneider focuses on helping nonprofits and mission-driven organizations achieve their goals through strategic execution and operational expertise. Additionally, in their roles as Managing Consultant and Senior Fellow at the Center For Civil Society since January 2021, Doug Schneider enhances the effectiveness of donors and nonprofit organizations. Their entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in their ownership of Soccer Shots in Chester County, PA, and management of Vista Properties, LLC. Prior to these roles, Doug Schneider was the Director of Development at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute from April 2000 to August 2009. Doug Schneider holds a B.A. in Political Science from Messiah University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
