Emma Baugher

Emma Baugher has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Emma started their career as a Production Assistant in the Franciscan University Communications Department in 2012, followed by working as a Sports Photographer and Videographer for the Franciscan University Athletic Department from 2011 to 2013. Emma then served as a Video Producer and Video Editor for the Franciscan University Christian Outreach Office in 2013.

In 2014, Emma Baugher assumed the role of Assistant Coach for the Franciscan University of Steubenville Cross Country, Track & Field teams, as well as a Video Producer and Graphic Designer for Em-Media, where they created advertisements and promotional materials. Emma also worked as a Video Producer and Graphic Designer at AmPhil, where they wrote, shot, and edited television commercials and promotional videos.

Moving on to corporate roles, Emma Baugher joined The Home Depot as a Department Supervisor from 2015 to 2017, where they supervised daily operations and coached associates. Emma then served as a Fitness Services Supervisor at The Mandel Jewish Community Center of Cleveland in 2017, leading a team and enhancing member experience.

Currently, Emma Baugher is working at AmPhil since 2018. Emma started as an Art Director before transitioning to the role of Director of Creative Services in 2018. In this role, they lead a team in meeting design needs, creates and maintains branded materials, collaborates with printhouses, and advises staff and clients on executing printed materials effectively.

Emma Baugher attended Lakeland Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a General Studies program. From 2010 to 2013, they enrolled at the Franciscan University of Steubenville and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, specializing in Multimedia. In 2012, they also briefly studied Philosophy, Theology, and History at the Franciscan University in Gaming, Austria.
