Sandy Kick

Sandy Kick has over two decades of experience in health policy and management, with notable positions including Senior Consultant to the President at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Senior Manager of Innovation, Research and Development at the Maryland Department of Health. Key accomplishments include leading the statewide implementation of the HealthChoice Diabetes Prevention Program and facilitating Maryland’s §1115 HealthChoice Waiver Renewal application. In recent roles, Sandy served as Director of the Office of Medical Benefits Management at the Maryland Department of Health and is currently the Market Development Manager at Ampion, PBC, focusing on expanding utility bill savings through community solar initiatives for low and moderate-income Marylanders. Sandy holds a B.S. in Russian Studies from Syracuse University and an M.S.P.H. in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health.
