Simon Alderson

Simon Alderson is a seasoned professional in performance engineering, currently serving as the National Performance Engineering Practice Manager at Ampion since September 2020. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at Revolution IT from 2010 to September 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Performance Testing Consultant and National Performance Engineering Practice Manager. Simon's earlier experience includes roles at HCL Technologies as a Project Manager and Lead QA Engineer, and at CA Technologies as a Lead QA Engineer, with a focus on quality assurance and performance testing. Simon began a career in software development at Intrepid Geophysics, creating a web-based licensing system. Simon holds a BCSE degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University.
