Ana Ulin

Ana Ulin is the current Director at Ampled. Ana has held various positions at different companies including Senior Engineering Manager at Patreon, Senior Software Engineer at Instrumental Inc., Engineering Manager at Good Eggs, and Head of Engineering at Science Exchange. At Patreon, they were a senior manager during a high-growth period of the company where they led teams, interviewed, hired and invested in people, and shipped software. Ana is also a hiring manager for software engineers and engineering managers and has shaped job descriptions, briefed sourcers and recruiters, and conducted interviews. In addition, they have championed better engineering practices and helped the engineering organization mature and scale. Finally, Ana has represented Patreon at industry events for both recruiting and customer-focused events.

Ana Ulin has a MSc in Dependable Computer Systems from Chalmers University of Technology and a MSc in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
