Daniel Appel

Daniel Appel is a CFO at Amplēo who is skilled in equity fundraising, M&A, forecasting/financial modeling, KPI development, budgeting, and financial and board reporting for both private and public SaaS companies.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2022, Daniel worked for 10+ years in Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Development for high-growth public and private SaaS companies. He has completed 23 Seed / Series A equity investments, six buy-side acquisitions, a take-private, an IPO, and managed numerous strategic finance projects for new products/markets and long-range strategic plans. Daniel is also on the board of advisors for two high-growth, venture-funded startups.
