Jon Allen

Jon Allen is a CPA with 10 years of financial experience. His experience spans a wide array of industries including banking, restaurants, healthcare, and e-commerce. He started his career as an early employee leading the finance and accounting at multiple SaaS companies, which have seen exits ranging from $100M to $650M. Jon has helped companies raise over $30M through debt and equity financing rounds and has experience managing a debt facility of $150M. Most recently he led the finance team for a PE-backed company where he oversaw treasury, cash forecasting, financial planning, data warehouse reporting, operational analytics, and various accounting functions for the company, helping to double EBITDA and grow revenue in excess of $250M. Jon enjoys teaching and is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Utah where he teaches Financial Modeling to graduate-level finance students.

Jon graduated from the University of Utah with a Master’s in Finance and BS in Accounting.
