Tania Molinar, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Amplēo since October 2025. Prior to this position, Tania held the title of HR Business Partner at Dentive, where core HR processes were built and scaled from the ground up to ensure a positive employee experience. Tania has also excelled in roles such as People Operations Manager at Via and HR Manager at The Arnold Companies, demonstrating expertise in employee relations, HRIS administration, and process implementation. Tania has a strong background in payroll management and project management from previous positions at BambooHR and Avolta, complemented by foundational customer service experience gained from roles at Silver Fire and Mountain Recreation. Tania holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
