Tarja Dye is a skilled HR executive with over 25 years of experience. Tarja currently serves as the Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer at Amplēo, where Tarja excels in helping small and mid-size organizations develop effective HR structures to support growth and achieve strategic goals. Prior to Amplēo, Tarja held HR leadership positions at companies such as Barebones Living, Hudson Printing, Rastar Digital Print, and Savers. Tarja holds a BS in Russian/International Politics from the University of Utah.
