Jay Snow

Jay Snow is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application support and software engineering. Currently serving as Application Support Team Lead and Senior Application Support Engineer at Amplience since August 2018, Jay drives customer support initiatives and acts as a subject matter expert. Previous roles include Software Support Analyst at MooD International, where collaboration with multiple departments was essential, and IT Trainer for the Department for Education, focusing on video conferencing technology training. Early career experience includes founding Northern Web Digital, providing IT consulting and web development, as well as roles at Digital Web Studios, where Jay handled IT support, web development, and graphics design. Jay holds a degree in Computer Science from Teesside University, completed in 2017.
