Patrick Kitterlin

Patrick Kitterlin's work experience begins in 2013, where they worked at Office Depot. Patrick started as a Customer Service Specialist, assisting customers and utilizing ARC3 techniques to help them find technology products. Patrick then progressed to become an Associate Functional Analyst, responsible for analyzing and providing support for various systems. After that, they were promoted to a Functional Analyst role, where they continued to handle system analysis. Eventually, they achieved the position of Senior Functional Analyst, where they served as a subject matter expert for merchandising and item systems, as well as administering a third-party support ticketing system. In 2021, Patrick joined Amplifi as a Solutions Consultant.

Patrick Kitterlin completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Business with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas in 2012. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Japanese with Business Orientation. Patrick further obtained a minor in Asian Studies, although the specific dates of their completion are unknown. In 2016, Patrick obtained the CCBA certification from the IIBA.
