Scott Spear

Scott Spear has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Scott currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Commercial Officer at Amplifi, where they align strategic goals with equity holder expectations, manages investor relations, M&A due diligence, corporate growth planning, and financial reporting. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Amplifi, responsible for internal company functions and establishing policies and procedures for efficient operations.

Before joining Amplifi, Scott was the President/COO at Burlington Crossing Real Estate, a commercial real estate development company. Scott also founded Spearfish, Inc. in 2010 and co-founded Universal Therapy Group, LLC in 2011. Additionally, they served as the EVP & Chief Strategy Officer at Amplifi Commerce from 2014 to 2017 and co-founded Triple S Development LLC from 2011 to 2015.

Their earlier experience includes co-founding Acquity Group in 2001, where they participated in strategic planning, finance, operations, and geographic expansion. Scott left the company in 2010 to pursue other interests. Scott also held the position of Managing Partner at USWeb/CKS - marchFIRST from 1999 to 2000 and co-founded Modern Business Technology, where they served as the Co-founder/President from 1994 to 1999.

Scott Spear attended the University of Iowa from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
