John Schultz

Founder & CEO at Amplified Metrics

John Schultz is the founder and CEO of Amplified Metrics. Prior to Amplified Metrics, John was an advertising account manager at Microsoft from February 2013 to December 2013. In this role, John drove conversations with clients to help them achieve their overall search marketing goals. John also drafted account optimization proposals for advertisers based on market analysis, and they optimized bids, ad copy and keywords for greater relevancy to increase ROI. In addition, John educated advertisers on how to best utilize "new Bing features" & their functionality on the Bing Ads platform.

Before working at Microsoft, John was the User Generated Content Coordinator at Expedia from July 2011 to February 2013. In this role, John was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the user generated content team. John also created and implemented processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to Expedia, John worked as a Partner Success Specialist at A Place for Mom from June 2010 to March 2011. In this role, John was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners. John also provided support and training to partners on how to use the A Place for Mom platform.

John Schultz has a B.A. in Psychology/Sociology from Gonzaga University, two A.A.s from Shoreline Community College (one in Visual Communications Technology and one in Business Administration), and a high school diploma from Kwajalein High School. John also has Bing Ads, Google Digital Sales, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (Mobile Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Video Advertising, Display Advertising, and Search Advertising), and Google Mobile Sites certifications.
