Andrew Cothrel

Andrew Cothrel is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in healthcare innovation and technology. As the Co-Founder, CEO, and Director of Kilele Health since August 2021, Andrew is focused on advancing chronic disease management through wearable biochemical monitors. In addition, Andrew serves as President of Rushlight Ventures, LLC, and Chief Venture Officer for CRG Defense, where responsibilities include leading client IP monetization and preparing for strategic growth. Andrew holds board positions at several organizations, including Royal Biologics and Amplified Sciences, and has a strong background in orthopedic and diagnostic platforms. Education includes degrees from The Ohio State University, the University of Michigan, Cranfield School of Management, and London Business School.
