Johan Dowdy

Johan Dowdy is the Global Head of IT and IT Security at Asana, where they currently lead IT initiatives. Previously, they served as Head of IT at Lyft, successfully building the organization from startup through IPO. Johan also held the role of IT Manager at Workday, managing a significant expansion of the IT team and infrastructure during the company's growth. Their extensive experience includes positions at Twitter, where they oversaw internal corporate IT systems, and various consultancy roles. Johan is currently an advisor at Amplifier Security and Oomnitza, and serves on the board of Oak Grove School Foundation.
