Rick Powers

Rick Powers is the Director at the City of Peoria, Illinois, Department of Public Works, where they manage multiple divisions and oversee 125 employees. With a strong background in federal, state, and municipal management, Rick previously held significant roles including Deputy Commissioner at the Indiana Department of Transportation and Superintendent/Fleet Manager in Norfolk. They served in the United States Marine Corps as Director of Facilities and Material for the Atlantic Region. Rick is also an Independent Trustee on the Board of Amplify ETFs and co-chaired the Indianapolis Super Bowl XLVI Host Committee. Currently, Rick is pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Colorado Mesa University.
