Josh LaMar is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Amplinate, where their mission is to promote cross-cultural understanding and authentic human connection through Inclusive Design. Josh is also serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at JoshLaMar Consult, empowering entrepreneurs and SMBs with user experience insights. With over 20 years of experience, Josh has held various roles at Microsoft in UX Research. Additionally, Josh has volunteered at Puget Sound SIGCHI and worked at The Seattle Times and South Seattle Community College. Josh holds a BA in English Poetry and Music Composition, an MS in Technical Communication, and has certifications in Technical Editing and French Language and Literature.
