Ian Coe is an accomplished leader in solutions and sales engineering with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Solutions Engineering at Amplitude since May 2025, Ian previously held the role of Director of Sales Engineering at Motive and directed sales engineering teams at Snowflake, leading significant contributions to revenue growth against multi-million ARR targets. While at Alteryx, Ian earned recognition as the Americas Sales Engineering Leader of the Year in both 2021 and 2022, identified over $40 million in product whitespace, and successfully implemented strategic processes that enhanced team performance. Ian's career began with positions at Tableau Software, where significant achievements included developing innovative sales techniques and managing a successful team of product consultants. Ian holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Environmental Policy, Planning, and Development from the University of Southern California.
