Peyton Rose is currently a Staff Applied AI Engineer at Amplitude, having previously worked as a Staff Data Scientist at Included Health and a Senior Data Scientist at Grand Rounds Health. They were a Health Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science in 2017, where they built web applications and implemented computer vision algorithms. Peyton's academic background includes a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they conducted research on fundamental particle interactions and contributed to the analysis framework for the Large Hadron Collider. Additionally, they hold a BS in Physics from William & Mary.
