Fay Hirel

Fay Hirel is currently the Director of Housing and Healthy Communities at Amplius, a role that encompasses overseeing a range of housing and support services. With over 20 years of experience, Fay began their career working with young people at a YMCA Homeless Hostel, later progressing through various positions in the Youth Offending Service and National Probation Service. Fay has held significant leadership roles at Axiom Housing Association, including Head of Supported Housing and Head of Care and Support, and was promoted to Director of Independent Living in early 2022. In addition to their professional responsibilities, Fay serves as a trustee for the Safer off the Streets Partnership, focusing on homelessness and co-production with individuals who have lived experience.
