They previously held roles including HR Assistant at Oldrid & Co., Ltd., and People Services Team Leader at Longhurst Group, where they focused on optimizing systems and driving people strategies that deliver business impact. Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws from The Nottingham Trent University and a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln.
