Lisa Kearns

Lisa Kearns is the Head of Independent Living, Domestic Abuse & Community Investment at Amplius, where they focus on partnerships, safeguarding, and healthy neighborhoods. They previously held roles as Group Allocations Service Manager and Housing Management Team Leader within the same organization. Prior to Amplius, Kearns served as Area Housing Manager at The Guinness Partnership and worked as a Senior Project Officer and Young Persons Service Manager at Aldwyck Housing Group. Kearns is also an equality advocate and a working parent.
