Stephen Baker

Stephen Baker is currently an Area Property Repairs Surveyor at Amplius, where they focus on identifying property defects and specialize in damp and mould resolution. With a rich history in the property management and construction sectors, Stephen served as a Technical Director at A G Aylward EMS from 1999 to 2007, culminating in overseeing the entire operations department. They also held positions such as Branch Operations Manager at P H Jones (British Gas), Senior Contracts Manager at npower, and Customer Care Manager at both Persimmon Homes and Morris Homes Ltd. Stephen's dedication to the field continues with their upcoming role as Property Manager at Grand Union Housing Group in 2024.
