Dylan Pure

Dylan Pure is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy leadership across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Amplix since January 2025, Dylan previously held the role of Operating Executive at Tailwind Capital for a brief period in 2024. Prior to that, Dylan spent over five years at Core BTS, progressing through multiple leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Dylan's career commenced at PwC, where roles included Advisory Associate and Advisory Intern, with additional experience at Strategy& as Director and Manager. Early internships at JP Morgan Chase Co and Belgacom provided foundational financial analysis skills. Dylan holds an MBA in Accounting and Financial Analysis as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
