Lee Eccleshare started their work experience in 2011 as a Student Chemist at The Lubrizol Corporation. In 2013, they became a PhD student in synthetic organic chemistry at The University of Nottingham, where they worked on novel synthetic methods. In 2016, they completed their PhD and joined IHS Markit as a Chemical Analyst specializing in aromatics and fibers. Lee then progressed to the role of Senior Chemical Analyst, responsible for the coverage of the European nylon feedstock market. In 2018, Lee joined AMPLYFI as a Senior Strategy Analyst and later became the Head of Research in November 2020.
Lee Eccleshare earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry at the same institution from 2013 to 2016.
