Paul Teather

Paul Teather has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 when they served as the President of ISG (Information Services Group). Paul later became a Non Executive Director at the Management Consultancies Association in 2008 and continued until 2010. In 2010, they founded Pragmatica Consulting Ltd, where they served as the Managing Partner. Pragmatica acted as a consulting and early-stage technology investment company. During their tenure, they advised large corporates on digital innovation strategy and execution and also invested in their own portfolio of digital startups.

In 2011, Paul became a Non Executive Director at MyDrive Solutions, a data science and software business specializing in driver behavior profiling engine used by insurance companies. Pragmatica led the successful development of the business until its acquisition by Assicurazioni Generali in 2015.

From 2017, they have been involved in various roles at different companies. Paul became an Investor and Board advisor at people.io, contributing to the concept of giving people ownership and control of their personal data. In the same year, they also became an Investor Director and member of the Board at Simply Do Ideas, an organization focused on digital startup investments.

Paul further expanded their role as an Investor and Board advisor at Sprout.ai, a company providing insurance companies with a plug-in SaaS solution for fraud detection and claims automation. Paul joined Coincover as a Board Member and Advisor in 2018. Coincover specializes in protecting cryptocurrency wallets and assets.

In 2020, they became a Non Executive Director and Board Treasurer at Deep Web Technologies, which was later acquired by AMPLYFI. Finally, Paul currently holds the position of Investor Director and member of the Board at AMPLYFI.

Paul Teather attended The University of Sheffield from 1990 to 1993, although the degree name and field of study are unknown. Later, in 2005, they enrolled at Glasgow Caledonian University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership in 2006.
