Multiple People

Multiple People have worked as insulation technicians at Ampol since September 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Program Director for Lendlease's 2020 & Beyond global transformation program from September 2014 to October 2021. In this role, they led five "Ways of Working" streams to finalise their programs and initiatives to realise the vision of the 2020 & Beyond Program across the organisation. They also embedded these streams in the business as usual operating model, articulated "lessons learnt" and embedded them into the organisation to support future transformational change. They engaged with the Board, Global Leadership Team & Program Steering Committee on an ongoing basis.

Multiple People began their career in 1996 at Woolworths Limited in various HR & Learning & Development roles. In 2003, they became Head of HR at BIG W, a role they held until 2013 when they left to join Lendlease.

Multiple People reports to Steve Witten, Insulation Manager.
