Multiple People

Multiple People are the current supervisors and techs at Ampol. They previously worked as the Program Director for Lendlease's 2020 & Beyond global transformation program from September 2014 to October 2021. In this role, they led five 'Ways of Working' streams to finalise their programs and initiatives to realise the vision of the 2020 & Beyond Program across the organisation. They also embedded these streams in the business as usual operating model, articulated 'lessons learnt', and engaged with the Board, Global Leadership Team & Program Steering Committee on an ongoing basis.

Prior to this, they worked as Head of HR for BIG W from March 2003 to December 2013, and in various HR & Learning & Development roles for Woolworths Limited from January 1996 to December 2003.

Multiple People reports to Jose Delgado, Chalmette Industrial Service Manager.
